In 2008, horse breeder Sue Blagburn sold a horse named Arthur. She”d bred Arthur, and he spent his first four years playing with two New Forest ponies hilariously named William and Harry. But Blagburn felt she needed to sell him, and so Arthur an athletic Thoroughbred spent the next four and a half years in high-class, private competition away from William and Harry.
Eventually, Blagburn realized she”d made the wrong choice, and in late 2012, she bought Arthur back. She, William, and Harry were staying in a new location when she reunited the three friends. So, how long is a horse”s memory? Just watch the video below.
Check out what happens when Arthur is reunited with William and Harry.
Blagburn said the horses began behaving just as they did before Arthur left, running, jumping, and nuzzling one another.
It was clear that they remembered each other and were thrilled to be together again.
As of last month, the three friends are still living together and having a great time. With their help, Blagburn runs a company called Adventures with Horses, which offers educational workshops and adventures with these amazing animals to the public.
